My boyfriend and I are wanting to drive from Las Vegas to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. The only thing is that we arrive in Vegas at 2am in the morning, and to save some time we would like to leave immediately by driving for 2 - 3 hours have a nap at a hotel along the way and make the rest of the trip later that morning. Any suggestions of towns to stay in along the way? AIso is it a good idea to drive this route when it's dark?
